1. I don’t believe that I am someone who can truly and fully recover? Am I too broken?
That’s one of the foundational parts of the program, we don’t expect you to have the belief that you can fully recover right from the start. And to be perfectly honest, I used to believe it was impossible too... I had absolutely no hope, and didn’t think that I was the kind of person who could recover from PTSD because most of my life had been dominated by it. 

You’re going up against an incredibly powerful dark force inside of you, and it takes the right technique to change the way you believe about it. And honestly about 98% of the people who join this program do so without having the proper beliefs about PTSD and recovery.  

There is no such thing as too broken, we’ve worked with people who professionals have written off, considered hopeless or even called treatment resistant and had amazing success helping them with those mindsets. My client Tanya tried every therapy she had access too, had been through the system for drug treatments, and her doctors told her that she had tried every therapy and treatment they had and that nothing would work for her but Recovery Secrets did.

5. I’m already in therapy can I still use this program?
